Dizzy Pink was started in 2004. It was started due to the frustration of an avid Hello Kitty fan not being able to find enough to satisfy their cravings. There did not seem to be many UK websites carrying a large enough stock of our favourite feline.
Since then Dizzy Pink has continued to grow and to try to stock a wide range of unusual items that hopefully even the most ardent HK fan will find something they don't have. Please look around and enjoy the site. We do hope that you find something you want to extend your collection or to start the collection of a friend!

Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit & debit cards (except Diners & Amex).
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products you have ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase made by you at any time.
Non-acceptance of an order may result from one of the following:
1. The product you ordered is unavailable
2. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
3. We are unable to verify the details you have given in relation to the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and therefore have reasonable grounds to suspect a fraudulent transaction
4. A pricing or product description error is identified
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by us.
The sales contract is completed in the United Kingdom.

We normally dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt. Some orders may take longer but you will be notified if unusual delays are anticipated. We make every effort to deliver goods within these estimated timescales, however, occasional delays are inevitable.
Once dispatched, orders to most addresses within the UK will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Orders to some parts of Scotland may take slightly longer.
You must inform us within ten working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

PLEASE NOTE: We only ship within the United Kingdom at this time.
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. A signature may be required upon receipt of the goods so please ensure someone is available to sign. Postal prices are based on the weight of the items ordered, as laid down by Royal Mail pricing. Our current postage rates based on weight are:
: Up to 100g - £1.95
: Up to 2kg - £3.95
: Up to 5kg - £9.95
: Up to 10kg - £14.95
: Over 10kg - £19.95
You will be shown the total postage charge on your order, after entering your address details, based on its total weight. This will be shown before you confirm your order and make payment.
Dizzy Pink is not liable for any failed deliveries. If you are unavailable to accept delivery Royal mail will hold your item for a limited period before returning it back to the sender. Dizzy Pink cannot be held responsible for additional postage costs and you will be requested to cover the cost of a second or subsequent delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

All credit and debit card transactions conducted through our Web site are processed by Creditcall. Creditcall is a validated PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider. This is the industrys highest level of certification. Reviewed annually, an intensive onsite audit ensures the highest compliance levels are maintained and adhered to. As such, they are on Visas Global Compliant Provider List and MasterCards SDP List.
When you place your order online at Dizzy Pink you will be taken to our secure Creditcall server, displaying the padlock symbol on your browser. Here you can submit your credit or debit card details in complete confidence. At no stage of the purchasing process do we have access to your credit card details. These are exclusively handled and processed by CreditCall.
The Creditcall network has been built to observe the most stringent standards of security and best practice, with minimal access to outside networks and the Internet. Internally they use a series of highly segmented networks so only specific servers can communicate with each other. Access between network segments is highly restricted by robust firewall rules which define legitimate business need. To further enhance security all inbound and outbound traffic from their platforms are monitored by an active Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) which blocks the threat of common exploits and zero day attacks.
Please be aware that Dizzy Pink does reserve the right to refuse an order that has been placed under what we deem to be suspicious circumstances or where the details given do not match the security details held by the card issuer for that card. If we are suspicious of a transaction we may contact you to confirm your details prior to accepting the order for dispatch. If we fail to satisfy any outstanding security issues we will cancel the order and refund the card in full.
Our aim is to make shopping at Dizzy Pink an easy, safe and enjoyable experience for everyone and these fraud prevention measures are necessary in order to protect us all from the unscrupulous activities of criminals, and we apologise for any inconvenience they may cause.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Dizzy Pink do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of both the item and its initial delivery cost. Do this by contacting us by email or our contact form and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days of Dizzy Pink receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Please note this cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. In the unlikely event of there being any defect in the items shipped, Dizzy Pink will offer a replacement, or full refund. Simply contact us using our contact form, stating your order number (printed on your invoice) and a brief description of the problem. Please note that you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, then that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
